unfortunately this is one of the few ski shops in the area. I've been shopping there for years and have enjoyed it; even though their prices are the same or higher than online. I recieved a pair of boots for christmas and wanted to exchange them for a different size. they told me the boots are not available in the size i wanted. so i called the manufacturer of the boots and they told me they have plenty in stock in the size and color i wanted. i called back and spoke with the guy again and he told me he was looking at their site and it said they have zero in stock. so i got on my laptop and looked, it said they have them in stock. i told this to the guy and he started arguing with me and told me the buy them from their site instead. which i would have done but i used gift cards to purchase the boots. i then asked if they would refund the gift cards and he said no. he then continued to argue with me about it and then he told me he was too busy to stay on the phone and was going to hang up. yet he's not too busy to go to their website. i then asked if i could speak with a manager and he told me he was the manager. i am very displeased with the lack of service and poor professionalism. i have the contact information for the owner of the shop and will be contacting him shortly. i would highly recommend not shopping here. save some money and shop online. as far as i'm concerned the only good thing about this place is the cheaper lift passes for snowshoe.
