I parked next to a visitor parking spark that could be easily mistaken as an actual vistor parking space and got a boot on my car from this company. Also, they give you 2 hours to pay for the boot before they tow it. These people wrote down a time for putting the boot on when I wasn't even there. I even showed the guy towing my car a text telling the person that I was on my way that proved that I was not there yet. This makes getting the boot off your car fo from $75 to $150. But, thats not the end of it. The worse part about it is that they use smaller boots that are painted black and red. It was dark so there was no way for me to see the boot on my car. As a result, I moved my car and the boot damaged my fender. because I had moved my car this company charged me an additional $300 for damaging the boot. After I paid a total of $528 dollars to get my car back the guy went right out and unlocked the boot. There was no damage to the boot and it still operates. All of this happened in a small town full of college students and this particular instance was during final exams week.
