Buyer Beware. Scott at Pelican Property Inspections fails miserably at customer service. After purchasing a home inspected by these guys, I soon found several serious problems including cracking masonry and large areas of rot not identified. When I contacted Scott to get advice on how to proceed, he quickly had to take another call and hung up. 12 calls and 8 message later (none of which were answered or returned) I realized that he had no intention of aiding a previous customer. If you do choose to use this guy, dont believe him when he tells you ""feel free to call me if you have any problems""
