i ordered a fill and alliance heating oil baltimore maryland only delivered 150 or so gallons. thinking they filled the tank like i requested, we ran out of oil 30 days later aubjecting a new born to 20 degree temps. when i called to question alliance onhow this happened, the CSR just wanted to argue with me regarding the accuracy of my oil tank guage. Very Very Poor customer service. Driver should have known tank was not full. Lazy and unprofesional delivery people.
