I went store to store looking for a specific instrument, and landed at Blue Flame after a long day. The owners were nice, caring, and intelligent. They gave me the BEST and for an amazing deal. I went back again to buy another instrument and they hugged me good bye as if I was family. They even carried it to my car! The business is family owned, and I always receive the best care. There is always an amazing selection, but the customer care really drove me to become a loyal customer. I'm even heading there today again!! I feel like the store is a second home now.
