WOW! I have been using Great Valley for four years because they came highly recommended. I really tried to work with them but have experienced problem after problem and possibly the worst customer service of any vendor I have used. Its a shame because the workers are generally really nice. They just don't know what they are doing, have cause repeated damage to my equipment and then wanted me to pay for the repairs. I think I was finally able to work it out after holding back payment for a while. I will never use them again. BUYER BEWARE!!!
