I booked my appointment two weeks in advance for a wedding that I would be attending with my daughter and thought I would have left having a great experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I ended up waiting 30 min after my scheduled appointment because they double booked and my stylist Javier butchered my hair. The other stylist Eva was terrible!! Not only did she not speak english so I could explain to her about my daughters hair, she didn't even know how the straighten curly hair. I arrived 3 hours before the wedding so I would have plenty of time to get ready and ended up having to change at the salon because they take so long. I did not mind paying the money to go to the salon since I knew it was nicer than most until I looked at my receipt and noticed they over charged. When I asked about the charge, they said it was because the stylist has to straighten my daughters hair twice which I thought was unbelievable since I could do it personally in one try. I am very disappointed in all of the services, stylists and most of all the management. They will not even discuss a problem you have nor take any blame. I would highly discourage anyone from going here due to lack of professionalism and credibility. Save your money and time,
