MOFitz comments sounds like an inside comment to me. I've used these guys a bunch, they're ok, nothing special though. I've talked to some independent mechanics and they tell me they're overpriced. i've taken my car to Ellisville Firestone and have felt overcharged, also they didn't fix one problem they swore up and down they did. Keep in mind these guys are on commission, the more they fix, the more they get paid. I have to tell them up front don't sell me anything other than the issue I'm bringing the car in no matter what, but they still try to upsell me. they'll even use words to induce fear- like ""your breaks won't last another month"" or ""your tire is about to fall off"". Caveat Emptor!!!
