My first visit was ok. I dissmissed some of the slackness of service because they were busy. So, I signed my dog up for a wellness plan. Every visit after that was terrible. First, they have no communication skills. They schedule appointments for you without telling you (i'm sorry, they call you the day before - this happened twice). Once you go to an appointment, you wait longer than a walkin. Or sometimes you wait while they talk and play in the back office. Once, they had me leave my dog for routine vacs. After I picked him up and got him home, it was evident they did not give ANY water. He was sooo thirsty when he got home. Second, the techs/receptionists are terrible. They are unorganized, rude, and slow!
