Our Wolf cooktop broke right before Thanksgving and we called them on teh 23rd. They couldn't give us an appt until the following Tues. They came and diagnosed the problem and they said they needed to order the part. They came back a week and a half later and said they needed to order another part. These people have the only service contract for Wolf/Subzero so you are at their mercy. They received the part on Monday the 13th of Dec and no-one called me nor return my call. They were supposed to come out on Tues the 14th and didn't call me nor confirm the part was received. They never showed up. I am furious at this point and call Wolf, but Bernice the manager really is more sympathetic with Kenco than her customers. It is now Wed the 15th and they were supposed to come between 11-1, but they are not here, nor did I receive a call. I have a two year old who has been eating bad food for 3 weeks and now, next week is Xmas. Still unresolved. They are horrible, to say the least.
