I originally contacted the business I normally use for service on my ice fishing auger on 12/15/10 and after they told me it would be another 3 weeks before they could service it I decided that I would call around to see who could help me out sooner than later. I called A Pethke and the guy who answered the phone assured me that after he was done servicing my auger (it hasn't been serviced in 2 or 3 years) he would have it screamin and ready to cut holes in the ice. I dropped it off on 12/16/10 and paid a $25.00 deposit ( i was ok with this since we have never done business before) and they called me on 12/21/10 and the auger was ready. They started it up on the first pull to show me it worked and I was extremely satisfied with their service as my auger hasnt worked this good since I first purchased it. I would highly recommend their service!
