I made an appointment there for a simple remote-start installation. I was basically the only customer in the store the whole day, and it took three incompetent installers four hours to complete. Way to kill an entire Saturday. Ultimately, the final price was $50 higher than the price quoted to me with no explanation for the increase. I wasn't given any paperwork or specs to reference, so I have absolutely no idea if I even received the unit I purchased. The remote start doesn't work the way they claimed it would, nor does it work at the higher range (1000 ft) that I paid an up-charge to receive, so my guess is that I got ripped off. On top of all of that, one of the four people hovering over my car the whole day STOLE THE CD OUT OF THE PLAYER IN MY CAR and then proceeded to deny it. This utterly outraged me. Angry and displeased, I requested that they simply remove the device and refund my money. I was told that I would not be refunded the labor charge (which was $120) despite the circumstances. I'm still waiting for a phone call back from the manager, and it's been almost a week. Way to rock the Customer Service skills, fatty. It's really sad in this day and age that a company cares so little about its customers, and can't make an exception to their "rules" even when someone within their organization is a thief. I'm simply appalled that I contributed to Team Nutz's profit margin for this year. The Fox Chapel location of this organization is a bunch of criminals. I wouldn't recommend going there to ANYONE.
