I called Larry at Color Glo two weeks before Thanksgiving and asked him to look at my 15 year old leather couches which have been through children and many dogs. I was anticipating I would have to buy new couches - which I didn't want to do. Larry came in and gave me the estimate for redoing the couches, which was minimal compared to the cost of the couches, but I had to get new cushions and have some tear repairs on the zippers. He told me who I should talk to and where to take my cushions. When I got there, Larry had already told them I was coming and I never had to do anything else! Once the cushions were restuffed, Larry picked the cushions up, restored them, and brought them to the house. He literally worked around the clock to meet my deadline! I have never had such great customer service OR results! We feel like we have new couches and bought another ten years on our leather furniture. I can't wait to hear the comments from my friends on Thanksgiving because the difference in the couches has changed the whole room!
