I often receive flowers from an out of town friend who chooses Tiger Lilly Florist because they're located nearby. I am consistently disappointed in the quality of their live plants and cut flowers! I have received roses that died before they ever fully opened, skimpy centerpieces with the cheapest flowers (carnations, daises, lots of green filler) that didn't last for more than a few days and now a Christmas bouquet that hasn't even made it to the new year. In the past, I've called them to complain and to be fair, they've replaced the worst of the arrangements but it really takes the joy out of what should be a nice experience. As awkward as I feel directing my friend to another florist, I hate to see him waste any more money on such low quality design and product.
