Not a lot of shops will give you ride, but Ekart Automotive Services will pick you up, which was a big help for me. Their labor rates are lower than a lot of other places in Manhattan, and they are friendly and responsive. They get back to you. Also, it is a family-owned business, so they definitely know how to treat customers. I have been going there for about 3 years now, and I really enjoy their work, especially compared to other places I have been.
