Carlton came out and immediately made us feel better in ensuring us we didn't do anything wrong to our pc and laptop, and that we did the right thing in calling... it was obvious our grandkids had been downloading some nasty viruses along with their video games. He did a great job in fixing everything and now they both run faster than ever. We're very pleased and are spreading the word!!
