I cannot express how extremely happy I am with Total Entertainment's products and services. I used them for my daughters 5th birthday party in Salisbury, Ma for the Princess Combo with the slide. The unit was clean and in great condition. My husband and I first had some difficulty setting up the unit ourselves, so we called the office (after hours) and were given an emergency number to call. When we did, the person (yes a live person) was able to talk us through the set up process and we were ready to go in no time! The kids had a great time and are still talking about how much fun they had in the "bouncy castle". This company really went above and beyond to help my party be a success! I will definitely continue to use them for years to come.
