All of your staff were very friendly and accomodating to my wants and needs, making me very at ease and comfortable. I did have light sedation, but still thought I would at least feel the novocaine needle, but there was only a tiny prick. Other than that, I felt absolutely nothing during the entire procedure. I have not EVER enjoyed dental visits, but because of Dr. Biggerstaff and all of the staff that assisted me, I have now found a new home. You all made my visit a pleasure when it could have been a traumatic experience. I thank you all for that.
