One of the pipes in my house busted and it was leaking water all over the crawlspace. I called Roto-Rooters and the plumber came and fixed up my place the same day. He was here promptly (well after a 45 minute drive from Raleigh) and everything was fixed within 2 hours. I believe the plumber's name was John. He was very friendly and helpful. Not only did he repair the broken pipe, but he also told me some precautionary tips to prevent major water damages. The charge for the repair was reasonable and I was very glad to have the problem handled in such a quick manner. I would love to work with them again if I were ever to call a plumber again (even though I hope that such opportunity does not arise).
