Don't waste your time with this facility. It is not a spa it's comparable to massage envy. I booked an 80 minute massage only to get 55 minutes and get charged for 80 minutes! I did not realize the time until I got to my car and looked at the clock. When I went back I did get the difference back but the woman at the front desk (I think her name is Christine) had no idea what she was doing and the owner was too busy getting his own massage. Instead of leaving relaxed I was stressed and aggravated! Obviously the owner doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I won't be back and I made sure to tell everyone my experience.
