This is my first review ever - I just had to spread the word about Iron Clutch Fitness. I'm a 38 yr-old woman (in average shape) who's had a gym membership to somewhere almost my entire adult life. And I hate the gym! I feel so LUCKY to have found Iron Clutch. I made my appointment for the intro class and signed up immediately after. The place sells itself when you walk in the door.
I'm doing kickboxing, Kali martial arts, and a strength & conditioning class - all taught by awesome, fun, energetic trainers - the best part is the price - VERY resonable!! There is no other place that offers so much for such an affordable price.
Each class feels personal. All the trainers are friendly and approachable. Everyone greets you and talks to you which takes away any anxiety you have about being a newbie. I have never owned a pair of boxing gloves in my life so I was a little nervous at first. But the trainers are so welcoming that you don't feel like the odd man out. I love my gloves now and I can honestly say for the first time in my life - I LOVE the GYM!! :)
