We had a total re-pipe for copper pipes. The people at Mary Jean Anderson Plumbing are lovely, but the quality of work was not great. We were told that some things had been done, and they hadn't really been done.
There were pipes in the attic area, and we had been told that the insulation had been put on the pipes. When my husband checked, it had not been put on.
There was also a hole in the wall that hadn't been re-insulated, and we ended up getting infested with ants because of it. Basically there were unexpected and unfathomable issues. If it could go wrong, it seemed to go wrong. There is now a dent in my refrigerator, and a dent on our washer and dryer. Overall it wasn't pleasant.
The company itself was horrified when I brought this all to their attention. They went out of their way to give us a discount, and paid for the pest cleanup. They also paid to have our house cleaned, because they hadn't covered stuff.
It was a bizarre and very unusual experience for us, and apparently the company as well. The pipes do work fine. The company did stand behind their work and did everything they could to make it right.

It sounds kind of odd to want to thank someone for a not so great review, yet out of all our reviews we receive, this is the most important. Knowing where we went wrong and making right should be the first concern of any business. I also want to thank this customer for acknowledging we stand behind our work and did everything they could to make it right. I believe whole heartedly in providing superior customer service and only the highest quality workmanship. If something goes wrong, we need to make it right and do so immediately. I completely agree with this customer, Some out-of-character work ethics. We have taken steps necessary to make sure none of the issues of concern will happen to another customer. Again many thanks!
