TERRIBLE. I need some engine work. I am stuck here from Jacksonville. They want to replace a head. Why put a new head on an old engine, and for the price they quoted, I can replace the whole engine. Their labor rate is messed up, they add $2 for every additional hour. Yes, so hour number 4 is $8 more than hour number 1. Talk about time being money! Terrible way to treat people. \r

As for the service people, pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable, but their pricing structure leaves something to be desired. And yes, I am aware that the service people cannot control the price structure.
