We had them out 1 month and 3 days ago b/c of tree roots in the line. They fixed the problem, but because of our old plumbing and the the tree roots returning, they recommended "water jetting". We were skeptical at first, but they showed us proof of the problem via camera and were very fast and efficient with fixing the problem. It saved us over $5000 by not having to dig up our driveway and replace the old sewer line.
