My dryer wasn't drying very well, took 3 hours. I called to make an appointment, when i talked to the receptionest she told me to check my venting behind the dryer. I checked it and it was blocked, I cleaned it and it worked great after that. The lady was very nice and saved me paying a service call thank you.
