When we looked at house there was some problems like door missing off bed room tiles missing in shower and more. They said no problem we will get right on it and fix them. so we signed a lease 6 mts later nothing is fixed. I fixed the toilet so we could us it! I put some calk over the missing tile so the wall would not rot and fall down ( still stinks of mold) . I moved the laundry door to bed room. Many calls and fix orders nothing done. We are not renewing lease will write more if there is problems when we leave.\r
After reading some of these I think that a lot of the positive ones are fake put in by employees. They all read the same " a little slow on repairs but great" BS I use to work for a motel that would have the emplyees sign on and counter bad reviews.
