I took my 2006 vehicle here for an inspection and a headlight replacement. I was told that I needed a new tie rod in order for the vehicle to pass inspection and that there was "a lot of play" in my steering. WHAT A JOKE!!! In the meantime I called around and found out that they were trying to WAY overcharge me. Needless to say I refused to have them fix it and therefore my vehicle "failed" inspection. \r
I went to pick up my vehicle and was told my total was $65.00!! When I asked them why, I was told, the price of the inspection and $14.00 for the headlight and $26.00 for the "labor" on it. $26.00 to screw in a headlight?? wow! Was I charged that because I refused the tie rod?? This place is the worst place I have EVER taken my vehicle to and will NOT be returning. I will also tell all of my 400 co-workers to never go there either. I feel like they tried to take advantage of me being a woman and walking in without a man.
