Called during first weekend of 100+ degrees weather. Serviceman (I use that term loosely) looks at equipment and refuses to work on it saying everything needs to be replaced at a cost of $10,000 (with easy financing). Would not do anything. We paid a $95 service fee and called another company. There was NOTHING WRONG with our unit after minor adjustment (A/C unit is only 6 yrs old).\r
Placed 2 calls to the company to speak with the owner/manager and he never returned the call.\r
Most unprofessional ever - tried to take advantage of weather. Very bad\r
