Jacob is amazing! Not only did he go well out of his way for a part to fix my fridge shortly after I called him but he kept me updated of how close he was en route. Then as he was fixing my fridge he so kindly explained everything to me that was not working and also gave me some excellent preventive tips on how to avoid the planned absolescence many manufacturers count consumers to fall for. He also fixed my breaker so he has some electrical experience too.
