When Five Star Moving went out of business, In & Out took over their phone number. So when I called Five Star for what would have been my fifth move with them and was redirected to In & Out, I thought, ""What the heck?"" and hired them for my move since their rates were comparable and they were available on the day I needed them. I was pleased with their overall service (relatively on-time, quick, thorough). Our digital piano was damaged due to one of the crew members carrying it upside down up the stairs, but since reporting it, I have received a personal phone call from a manager who is very willingly working with me to resolve the situation. Ariel has been in constant communication with me as I worked to get my piano repaired and has been very helpful during the claims process.
