The 2004 F150 has notorious problems with spark plugs. Apple says they are supposed to be replaced at 60k--but they didn't do it then. When I got the 100k service, they didn't do it then either (I guess it's now part of the 60k service). Funny, my maintenance guide says 100k. Their claim: Ford must have given me the wrong guide. My claim: the book says, "2004 Model Year Scheduled Maintenance Guide".\r

Fool me once, shame on you. If you are looking for a trustworthy and honest Ford dealer, I suggest you try elsewhere.
