Due to issues in our new (old) home, I contacted the manager of All American the morning of the move to ask if it would be possible to push our morning appointment back to the afternoon; once I was able to reach the manager (their phone lines were down; thankfully I had his cell phone number) he was happy to oblige and told me that the movers should arrive at our former residence late in the afternoon and would call beforehand.\r

? The workers seemed frustrated and asked me for a flashlight; apparently the truck?s lights were out and it was getting dark out early as it was fall\r
