Purchased a Apple laptop from MacPac. It froze up the first day. Service dept said it must be a minor glitch and to continue working with it. It kept freezing. 14 day return expired and we could not expect a refund...but they would repair it.\r \r Picked up the repaired (now refurbished) laptop and was told they rplaced a board.\r \r The unit continued freezing up.\r \r Took the unit to the Apple store downtown portland and received very courteous help and a replacement.\r \r They said no parts were exchanged in the laptop.\r \r MaPac lied to me.\r \r I would not shop; there. more
