It's taken time for me to write my review on Due West Animal Clinic. My 8 year old Lab mix was taken to Due West by a relative as a favor on August 19th with a skin rash...When they got to the clinic after waiting to get in they were finally able to see a doctor ( I use the term loosely) She came looked at her and never touched her, she kept telling them she needed to get back to surgery...If she was that busy, they should have sent someone else to look at her. The doctor prescribed sterrod medication which I think was to strong. I gave it to her as the doctor had written, by August 25th she had died. I tried to call the office to see if I could get her in to see someone right a away, when I noticed she wasn't breathing right, the office said to bring her in at 3:00, she died at 12:30...So, much for their interest is trying to help...If I ever get another animal I will never use this office again, we had been with them for several years...I will also not send anyone else to them either
