This company has no idea what they are doing. I am a mechanic myself so I know what's going on. My wife and I brought them a truck that was in an accident (hit by another truck). They never fixed the mechanical part, they just sent it back to us and said it was done. When you call them to leave a message, they will never return your call. They may do a good job with body work, but they know nothing about mechanical and will lie to you and say it is done. They either don't want to bother with difficult jobs or they don't know how to fix it . When I got my truck back, there were leaks and twisted parts underneath falling off. I don't why they don't fix it right, insurance will pay them, it baffles me. Zack is the guy who acts like everything is ok. He never apologizes for not fixing your car that's what puzzles me. If I am going to lead someone on and tell them their car is ok, I will at least apologize when they call back to tell me it is still a mess.
