called to have someone give me a quote on new furnace on 11/ 14, said they would come 11/15..no show..called and made another appt for 11/19, said they would come between 12-4 3:45 called them and could tell from the rep's response that no appt was on the books. He said someone could sill come out, when I asked if they would be there by 4, he responded "well, if they're not we can reschedule" Are you kidding me?! I will never contact or use them again!!!
