I gave them the measurements of my installer - which I also verified by measuring it myself and they ordered the 12x12 marble material 10 tiles short. The marble tiles I got where of poor quality that almost 1/4 of the marble tiles I received were brittle and have huge cracks - my installer would install because it would just crack. Also, I ordered a 18x18 light cappucino marble and they sent me a mix of the light and dark cappucino. They could not own up to their mistakes, and kept passing it to me - when I told them of the short order they told me I have to pay for delivery of about $160. I decided to just get a near color at Lowes and they were better quality at a cheaper price. And, as for the dark & light 18x18 tiles they said the installer should have noticed it and the installer did that is why they stopped but already installed about 4 when they noticed the rest of the tiles left are much darker.\r
