This place sucks!!!! They don't back up there warranties!!! They advertise a "5 year exclusive" warranty on their prelit Christmas Trees, but when I brought in the one I had bought from them back on 11/26/2005, on 11/20/2010, Laura, the rude manager, told me that the 5 year warranty ended on Nov. of 2009!! What???? That's 4 years not 5!!!! She was well versed in her argument, so I'm guessing that this has happened many times before to unsuspecting customers like myself. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They buy their prelit trees from Tree Classics in Barrington anyway, and mark them up considerably to sell to the unsuspecting public. They suck!!!!!!
