I started my conversation with Biggers Chevrolet via the Internet, I was given a price quote, and was stupid and led to believe they had vehicles on the lot that were close to the trim level and options I was looking for. I drove an hour to get to Biggers Chevrolet, only to find that there wasn't a vehicle anywhere it really looked like they were closed. They did not have anythong close to what I was interested in-- and the salesman wanted to "see if he could get me into" a vehicle with a significantly higher price. I felt like the victim of a rudimentary bait-and-switch ploy, these are the terms they use in the car business. \r \r To top things off, the sales tactics these guys used on me were almost laughable. When I first arrived, a person who I assumed was a sales manager handed me off to a salesman that, in his words, "handles VIP customers". I told these guys I had an almost 10-year old car to trade in, and they made a big deal about how that particular year and model of used car more
