I've been body conscious pretty much my whole life, so I'm no stranger to fitness regimes. I must say that kettlebells are by far the most impressive of them all for me. In Richard's class you get a cardio work-out mixed with weight training, with lots of focus on core strengthening. This stuff is better than Pilates folks! Richard's classes are upbeat and non-stop. Without a doubt you get an excellent full body work-out all in an hour's time. I highly recommend to anyone serious about getting in shape.
