Customer service for the insurance product is an 800 number - the company that provides the insurance product is owned by the Auto Club of Southern CA, headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA. They really have no affinity for or understanding of what's going on in Missouri.
You get an 800 number and the service is not as personal as you can get with other providers. Might want to consider another company.
