i purchased a facial here for spa week a few months back. after my treatment they offered 3 more facials at $50 each. i thought it was a deal so i pre-paid. my friend made an appt for facials today. i get there 20 mins early - no red flags. wait, wait, wait, my friend comes in and she's escorted to a room. as it turns out they only have 1 girl doing facials and she wanted to come in and out of our rooms and do us both at once. REALLY? is that half price then. i sat there for 20 minutes why didnt they tell me or call ahead to see if i would've like to reschedule? Rude! this spot should NOT be located off madison ave., it's misleading!!! i asked for a refund and the girl at the front desk said no refunds--really. i'm waiting for the manager to call me back tomorrow. if they think i'm stepping foot in there again they have another thing coming. buy cheap buy twice. Be warned! Also, the closet they ask you to put your coat in STINKS because someone's dirty sneakers are in there and it's not kept clean. GROSS. IF there was a 0 star rating that's what i would've selected.
