Unfortunately, I believe I was given incredibly brief and BAD advice. I questioned filing BK-13 and told a 7 was better for me, but they left out a LOT. It was embarassing enough going down there, and then to have the attorney reply to some of my questions with a scripted response, ""bankruptcy is for when bad things happen to good people,"" while holding his hands folded like a mortician (LOL). Not so funny is my situation. Additionally, some of the staff treat you like the plague. Now caught between a rock and a hard place. More to follow once this is actually over. \r
