While I believe that the care my pet received was competent and compassionate, this clinic has one practice that is a deal-breaker for me. Every time I brought my pet back for a re-check, they simply took her to the back and left me in the waiting room. I saw them doing the same thing with other clients as well. I have switched vets because of this.
