Had to call several times to get an estimate. Then no one showed up. When they finally did show up they completely ignored the fact that they should have been there a week earlier, just shrugged and acted like I was crazy for asking about ""what happened?"" Their estimate was the highest one I got, and they didn't offer a payment plan. Really terrible experience, overall.
