We were sent to Steve’s TV by our warranty service with Toshiba. They had to take our 52'' TV to the shop in order to do the necessary repairs. When they took the TV from our house it was placed in the back of a van with only a sheet a rope to keep it in place (Very unprofessional packaging of our new TV). After the TV was gone for over a week, it was returned with damages. The base plate had several scuffs and scratches on it. When we contacted the managers to report this problem they denied it, then said the marks where already there. However, we have a receipt from when the TV was first picked up that there were NO DAMAGES on it. \r
Steve’s TV refuses to replace the base of our TV and will not take responsibility for their mistake of damaging it. \r

Go elsewhere or you may get your TV back in worse condition!!!!!!!!!\r
