We ordered two fresh turkeys 10 days before pickup, the day before Thanksgiving. We began to prepare the birds around 10 am on Thanksgiving for a late dinner. The first surprise was to see the legs bound together just like the supermarket variety turkey. The second surprise was the birds were frozen. Nothing like cooking frozen birds, the meat ended up dry as sawdust.\r

This market is a real ""turkey"" in my opinion.
