I visited Best Buy over memorial day because the sales looked good and my tv had outlived its usefulness. I decided to purchase a flat screen and had many options! The salesperson was helpful in explaining the difference between plasma and lcd, and I left with a good feeling about my purchase. That good feeling went away when the picture went blank in a period of months! I called the store but they said my limited warranty had expired and I should have purchased the store extended warranty. Thankfully I found a repair shop and the problem was solved without Best Buy. 2/5 stars because I don't think the salesperson was terrible and tried to help me in my price range, but product information and customer service were definitely lacking.
