I puchased a New GE Washer Machine from my local sears Sears a month ago but start having problems with run cycle. I called GE #800 and was given and appointment thru online system with Appliance Central with 4 hour window from 8-12 in two days.\r

After taking the morning off work, on the day of the service call, I was called at 11am by Kevin the owner. He told they are not going to make it on time and they will be here in the afternoon from 3-5. At 4:45 I called Kevin, I was told they are still busy and I might have to reschedule. When I asked if I could be the first one to get service in the morning, he chuckled and said no, and it would be the following week. He then mentioned he will try to call his repair man to check his status.\r

At 5:00 the service repair man called and said he will try to be here in about hour or so. At 630 the repair man finally showed up, however he did not have the part needed and I would have to reschedule a second appointment.
