My wife and I applied to a townhouse that was handled by Son-Rise. Their requirements for income was 3 times the amount of rent which my wife had covered on her own not including my income. They told us that they were going to require a co-signer because of lack of income. When I questioned them on this the person I was talking to started to become very short with me even though I was asking very simple questions.
So after having no luck trying to negotiate with them we scrambled to find a co-signer, and after finding someone to co-sign and had all the paper work sent in they said there was another application in on the townhouse and they had first rights because we weren't accepted.
We have been talking to them trying to get this situation figured out for almost 2 weeks and they push us aside as soon as it's not convenient for them.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Don't even bother. Don't waist $90 like we did for nothing.
